Order Placement, Payment, Cancellations:

The prices mentioned on our websites are in GPB. brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk starts working on your requirements once it receives the total payment due through an authenticated payment method.

The order placement is complete when you finish the form of requirement and services through soft or hard copy that mentions what the customer needs to brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk to do for them. Once the printing responsibility is sent to the press no changes are made to anything. We can still cancel your order within a limited time duration of 5 hours after proof approving. In case you use our services then cancellation after 5 hours will result in 25% deduction of the total payment of your order. Cancellation at this point will charge you £30 and 10% of the total payment. Consumers can also cancel orders after 24 hours but that will cost them 50% of the total payment of the order so brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk can recover the cost of any wasted resources. If the order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays in printing or shipping processes that are beyond the direct control of Brothers Packaging Solution LTD.

Customers Content: brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk requires all artwork and images in CMYK format and a minimum resolution of 300DPI otherwise brotherspackagingsolution.co.ukwill not be responsible for any printing errors such as blurred printing or printing that is different from your requirement.

The customer is responsible for any content provided in combination with graphics, pictures, text or any other material the customer incorporates in their products.

brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk reserves the right to decline an order in case it is considered unlawful or violates any 3rd parties. When the order is placed you as the buyer accept all liability of the material created in your direction. Brothers Packaging Solution will not print anything offensive, abusive or indecent.

brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the case that such disclosure is required to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk, its users and the public; (e) any conflict with our other customers.

Proofs and Color Accuracy: The placement of order includes a digital form of products and customer services needs from brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk. The Form includes the final art work and job specification sheet which requires to be approved by the buyer once an order has been placed. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the details mentioned in the term sheet. Once the agreement is sent to us the printing assignment is sent to the production house. It is the customer’s ability to read and examine the proofs. Also, you should remember the turnaround time mentioned on the site after the final form is submitted, brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk is not responsible for any specifications and requirements beyond what is mentioned in the final specification sheet.

Digital proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement but not colour or density. brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk will try to match the gradient density of each colour in duo-tune. brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk is not liable for the final appearance of a duo-tone unless the customer’s orders a colour-matched proof. In addition, the use of lamination may effect or change the view of the printed colours. brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk is not liable for the final colour appearance of a laminated product(s).

The final colours to be printed is taken from the artwork and design submitted to us by the client and we cannot guarantee that the colour will be exactly the same due to limitations of the printing method and the ink utilised. By placing the order, you agree that brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk cannot be held responsible for such colour inaccuracies between the expected and final product. We will not reprint the product for such colour alterations which are caused by system limitations. brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk will guarantee colour accuracy if you demand hard proof. Hard proofs are charged extra by brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk

No Liability for Errors: In the case of any errors in the final printed product which falls under the mentioned errors, brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk will not be held responsible for:

1. Any spelling, font mistakes or grammar.
2. Graphic punctuation and Percolating marks.
3. Cracks in folds, cropping marks or die lines.
4. Overprinting.
5.  The difference in finished product size.
6. Product is shipped flat and pre-assembled.

Indemnity: You agree that you shall indemnify and defend brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk and all related parties to brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these T&C or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that was not part of the standard Site Content.

Printing: brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk has the right to use any printing technique which is well suited to them.

Materials: We do not use food grade paper/card stock for printing. If you have any such requirements please let us know in advance before placing the order with us so we can provide our services accordingly.

Overruns Underruns: brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk usually delivers the exact quantity of products but there is a chance of 5% under runs or overruns so the client requires the exact quantity of products it is advised to order 10% over the required quantity.

Production Speed, Shipping and delivery of orders: After the order placement is complete brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk will let the buyer know of the time it will take to produce the order. In such case that the client requires the product urgently then the client needs to inform brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk in advance. Urgent printing will usually incur extra charges based on the nature and quantity of the product.

Shipping and delivery of the products are taken care of by brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk free of charge to the customers. The customer only needs to pay for the order as agreed in the final agreement and the delivery of the product is the concern of Brothers packagingn Solution.

brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk tries its best to print and ship orders on time. brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to technical problems, shipping company delays, weather conditions, customs issues or any circumstances that are beyond the control of brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk Shipping time is calculated based on the estimates provided by our supplier and order history.

Buyers are required to pay customs duty and other fees related to shipping in case of orders outside of the UK. It is the customer’s responsibility to clear any such issues.

Changes to our Website and Terms & Conditions: brotherspackagingsolution.co.uk has the right to change the website at any time and without notice to the customers. The new changes will be in effect in our new terms and conditions with the change and upon using our website after that you agree to the new terms and conditions as well.
